The coming days will be extremely hot in the Marne-la-Vallée area and therefore it’s important to stay cool during your Disneyland Paris trip.

Here are some our personal tips:

1. Stay shaded

There’s lots of shaded places in Disneyland Paris, especially in Disneyland Park. Both arcades on Main Street, U.S.A. are airconditioned and the dense jungles and caves of Adventureland will keep you out of the sun for a while.

2. Keep hydrated

If you do not want to (over)pay for a  bottle of water, there are plenty of drinking fountains in both parks, usually around the restroom areas. Bring a refillable bottle with you (like a Bobble with a build-in filter) to have fresh water with you all day long.

3. Indoor attractions

Most indoor attractions are airconditioned. Especially attractions and shows like Cinémagique, Animagique, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster avec Aerosmith and Pirates of the Caribbean have waiting times inside the buildings, so you’re out of the heat for a longer time.

4. Wear sunscreen and a hat

Protect your skin and head. Some Disneyland Paris shops sell sunscreen if you forgot to bring a bottle.  There is also a small supermarket inside the the Marne-la-Vallée train station and the Europe’s largest supermarket is located in Val d’Europe, only one RER stop away from the resort.

5. Take a break

Don’t forget take a break from time to time! If your resort has a swimming pool, go for a refreshing dive and head back to the parks afterwards.

6. Take action when feeling unwell

If you feel unwell because of the heat (or for any other reasons), stop by at first aid located next to Plaza Gardens Restaurant in Disneyland Park or next to Guest Services on Front Lot at Walt Disney Studios Park.

So these are our tips! If you’re in the parks on a hot day, please take care of yourself!
