Toon Plaza is the area between Crush’s Coaster and Cars Quatre Roues Rallye. It features the Toon Town backdrop and gate, two character meet ‘n’ greet locations and a Toon Studio Catering Co. van. A character’s arrival is announced by a funny sound before he or she enters Toon Studio through the main gate.

The plaza opened along with the rest of the Toon Studio expansion project in 2007.
